ChemoPower Chemical Profiling Services

ChemoPower provides chemical profiling analysis based on customer’s experimental data

• Customer to provide GC-MS and LC-MS experimental data
• Customer to provide ChemoPower with a suitable data format of experimental data
• ChemoPower will provide a list of chemical compounds upon profiling analysis
• ChemoPower will provide profiling analysis results within 7 business days upon receipt of data

ChemoPower provides both sample (experimental) and chemical profiling analysis

• ChemoPower performs experimental analysis on customer’s samples, based on customer’s requirement and with recommendations from ChemoPower
• ChemoPower will provide a list of chemical compounds upon profiling analysis

Detected components and detection limits

• A sample can contain ~100-200 chemical compounds – detection limit is approximately one-ten-thousandth
• A complex sample can contain ~300 components – detection limit may be approximately less than ten-thousandth

ChemoPower Database Customization Services

ChemoPower has the capability to build a customized chemical database for multiple samples

• [Option 1] Customer to provide ChemoPower with experimental data
  • ChemoPower provides chemical profiling services and integrates results from multiple samples into the database
  • ChemoPower provides a list of chemical compounds in a format that is suitable for statistical analysis (PCA etc.)
  • Customer is able to use the database terminal software (MoleculeDB client) to browse and sort the database
  • ChemoPower is able to provide additional services, i.e., principal component analysis, big data analysis and others
• [Option 2] ChemoPower provides both sample (experimental) and chemical profiling analysis
  • One-stop service: Sample analysis, chemical profiling analysis and database establishment
